“He was everything I could have ever asked for. For me, he was perfect... there are no words good enough for what he meant to me. He was my horse of a lifetime.
I thought we had this... but in the end Laminitis won. It is without a doubt the cruelest and most heart breaking affliction I have ever experienced. After two weeks of seeming stability there was a steady decline until my beautiful boy could barely stand and the x-rays told the story we did not want to hear or believe. We couldn't save him.
